SHIPPING POLICY

ULTRA Volleyball Gear ships nationwide within the Philippines.

J&T Nationwide Shipping
Orders are shipped via J&T Express. The shipping fee will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery time:
Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
Outside Metro Manila: 3–7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Customers choosing COD must prepare the total amount due upon delivery. Payment will be collected by the courier.

Prepaid Orders
Customers may also pay via GCash, UnionBank, or BDO. Prepaid orders will be processed after payment has been verified.

Please make sure that your name, complete shipping address, and phone number are correct before placing your order. ULTRA Volleyball Gear will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
