RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want every ULTRA Volleyball Gear order to arrive correctly and in good condition.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from what was ordered.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact ULTRA Volleyball Gear within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order details, photos, and/or videos showing the issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Change of mind, incorrect size or color selected by the customer, and other customer ordering errors are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless otherwise approved by ULTRA Volleyball Gear.

Approved returns, replacements, exchanges, or refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer laws.
